EA’s football game secured the No.1 position for the first time in a month and a half, pushing the previous week’s bestseller, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, down to No.2 in the process.
Grand Theft Auto V and Far Cry 4 were non-movers at No.3 and No.4 respectively, while Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham jumped 14 places to No.5 following retailer promotions.
The Crew was the highest new entry at No.6. The PS4 version of Ubisoft’s racing game accounted for 59 per cent of first week sales and the Xbox One edition for 33 per cent.
Assassin’s Creed Unity, Minecraft Xbox Edition, Minecraft PlayStation Edition and DriveClub rounded off the top ten, while PS3 exclusive Kingdom Hearts HD II.5 Remix debuted at No.31.
